Enterprise Analytics empowers data-driven decision-making through innovative analytics that advance insights into people, education, research administration, finance, patient care, and resource optimization.
The cross-functional team includes technical skillsets in business intelligence, data engineering, business analysis, and project management, as well as subject matter expertise in faculty lifecycle and human resources.
Enterprise Analytics develops administrative data and analytics products that empower self-service and facilitate data-driven insights to meet the specific needs of the Health Sciences. Our team specializes in creating data products that integrate data as well as developing visualizations that provide quick insights. Current data domains available include people, finance, research administration, space/facilities, education, and clinical. We also incorporate third party data such as AAMC benchmarks and department spreadsheets to provide context and expand analytics capabilities.

Health Sciences IT Academic Analytics & Reporting delivers quality data to gain insights into operational and compensation metrics. Academic Analytics works in partnership with the Dean’s office, Finance, and University offices to illuminate the path to informed decisions. Utilizing the latest technologies in Business Intelligence, we present meaningful faculty lifecycle, human resources, compensation reports to inform departments and advise management decision making.
