New Custom Application Request - Health Campus

Provides guidance and technical consultation for new application ideas. The team partners with stakeholders to assess requirements, determine the best platform fit (custom or vendor), and define scope, timelines, and resource needs to ensure sustainable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Provides ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for custom applications managed by our team. This service helps ensure that production applications remain reliable, secure, and high performing through routine updates, issue resolution, and feature enhancements that support evolving business and operational needs. We also ensure that all supported applications comply with institutional standards, policies, and governance requirements. 

In addition, the service includes support for the Health Sciences Salesforce and OutSystems environments, covering areas such as user access, data integration, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new feature or enhancement requests.  Submit an inquiry or Implementation support request HSIT-ApplicationServices@yale.edu or Salesforce inquires at Salesforce.Health@yale.edu.

Provides technical and operational support for the QGenda platform used across the health campus. The team partners with departments to manage access, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate configuration and onboarding activities in alignment with enterprise standards.
